Why Do We Need Detoxification?

Filed Under (About InsBeaute, Beauty, Beauty Consultant, Beauty Therapist, Esthetique, Health Awareness, News, Wellness) by User ImageSerine on 02-06-2008

Most people think we need to help our body detoxification and actually our body can do automatically, the body naturally can detoxify through our skin and the systematic circulation and also our digestion.

How does they work?

The skin

The skin will perspire and detox the sweat when the body is feeling hot and release the sweat in order to regulate the temperature and at the same toxin is releases. Therefore, most people like to do exercises allowing our body able to perspire the sweat releasing the toxin out of the body and not forgetting the oil gland will also releases sebum if the environment or weather is cold to help keep moisture to the skin.

Circulation

The body need to have circulation and helps absorption taking the nutrients to the cells to help renew and make more new cells and at the times purges the old and damaged cells.

Our digestion

As all knows we always need to eat and if you don’t then you feel hungry, that is why we do feel hungry? Well, our body need foods “nutrients” which indication from your stomach, then the nutrients will does to the small intestine for further absorption and those that is no absorption by the body will be waste and also some waste products due to new food taken and old ones which is known to be toxins, mostly to goes to the big intestine to be pass out. Otherwise will be stored for future use, in case meal is skip!

In generally, it is very simple and especially our body has the capability to do so and unless the body is sick then will not function properly. Some people are unable to detoxify normally and healthy because we did not take care of ourselves and due to added stress causing the natural way of detoxification malfunction then that is when help needed.

In order to let our body to do detoxification normally, we need to have proper sleep and rest, a balanced meal and sufficient exercises. Once our body able to circulate well, able to eat well and able to visit toilet on daily basis. Then detoxification treatments are actually not required as the body already able to clear toxin.

When we actually need Detoxification?

When we are doing detoxification for our body, ones must be prepared as everyone react or have different experience. There are many ways to suit everyone but I would naturally try doing the natural way unless my body is sick…..

Skin Treatments Perform by Professionals or Specialist

Filed Under (Beauty Consultant, Beauty Therapist, Esthetique, Health Awareness, News, Wellness) by User ImageSerine on 09-05-2008

Many skin treatments are probably treated in beauty salon but one needs to know not all of them especially injections or surgery works though these days more and more new modern technologies and hi-technologies able to find but that does not mean anyone can perform the job.

Many more Esthetician are higher qualified and trained. Still caution is good piece of advice. As some claims that are trained but in facts, trained by equipments supplier.

Here are some treatments that performs by plastic surgery or now commonly known as Aesthetic Doctor.

Microneedling Dermaroller

Microneedling uses a device called Dermaroller. It is stud with nearly 200 extreme fine needles of medical grade stainless steel. These fine needles penetrate the dermis producing tiny micro-wounds. The skin reacts to these pricks like it reacts to any other wound with the distribution of the various growth factors. As a result, new collagen develops on top of the dermis and underneath the epidermis.

Botox

Botulinum toxin was developed to treatmentstrabismus (cross-eye or lazy eye), and was shortly thereafter discovered to be highly effective for many forms of dystonia. Spasticity can also be effectively treated with botulinum toxin. Injected into selected small muscles of the face, it can reduce wrinkling.

A solution of botulinum toxin is injected into the overactive muscle. The toxin is taken up by nerve endings at the junction between nerve and muscle. Once inside the cell, the toxin divides a protein. The normal job of this protein is to help the nerve release a chemical, a neurotransmitter, which stimulates the muscle to contract. When botulinum toxin divides the protein, the nerve cannot release the neurotransmitter, and the muscle cannot contract as forcefully.

The effects of botulinum toxin begin to be felt several days after the injection. They reach their peak usually within two weeks, and then gradually fade over the next 2–3 months. Since the effects of the toxin disappear after several months, re-injection is necessary for continued muscle relaxation.

Whitening Injections

These jabs are to give skin reducing the pigment.

Fat Reduction

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy uses multiple injections of pharmaceutical and homeopathic medications, plant extracts, vitamins, and other ingredients into the subcutaneous fat. Mesotherapy injections are purported to target adipose fat cells, apparently by inducing rupture and cell death among adipocytes. In another word, injecting substances into the skin to dissolves fats.

Some countries has banned this procedures.

Carboxytherapy

It is a non surgical method. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is infiltrated into the subcutaneous tissue through a tiny 30G needle (0.3mm in diameter). From the injection point, the carbon dioxide diffuses easily into adjacent tissues.

How does the Carboxytherapy (carbon dioxide) work?

Carboxytherapy Therapy works in two complimentary ways. Firstly, and quite simply carbon dioxide mechanically kills fat cells. Secondly, it also has a strong vasodilatory effect (causes dilation of blood vessels) on the capillaries in the area. Wider vessels mean bigger and stronger blood flow to the area, which means more oxygen. The increase in oxygen is important because it eliminates the built up fluid from between the cells. The end result is fewer fat cells and firmer subcutaneous tissue.

Many more advances treatments can be found to help treats problems and new found techiques and technologies. Not just find the treatment that is right for one but also the right person to perform the treatment and remember that you can have a consultant first before having the treatments.

Filed Under (About InsBeaute, Beauty, Beauty Consultant, Beauty Therapist, Esthetique, News, Wellness) by User ImageSerine on 11-12-2007

In our human body : Breathe, eat and Sleep so important and A Must..

We need Air in order to breathe well and help the lung to have oxygen carrying nutrient to the body. Fluid and Food are nutrient for our body. We will get thirsty and dehydrated when we do not drink enough fluid, in most time we will say MUST DRINK WATER! No Food we will be hungry and no energy and feel weak. No Sleep what will happen?

Sleep ranks the top of the list of human necessities — right along with air next will be water and food.

A good sleep leaves you feeling refreshed, alert and ready to tackle the day’s tasks.
When happen if you don’t get enough sleep? You may feel less alert and less vigorous and probably more confused, irritable and fatigued. Lacking of sleep affects not only the energy level and also the mental and social functioning. In most cast, difficulty to concentrate. You may find that you lose patience quickly. Easily short tempered or has no patience in listening that becoming less interactive in your relationships with communication and that becoming less productivity.

Sleep.. means that the body is rejuvenating and repairing. While we are sleeping, the body in generally are not doing anything especially exerting energy and physical movement then the brain and the other automatic functioning that the internal organs like liver, kidney, intestines, stomach and lungs and our face senses organ like the eyes reduces the puffy or dark circle. The skin tone and texture to rejuvenate after a sleep or quality sleep otherwise skin looks dull and flaky skin or as if look pale or sick and sulken look, maybe worse the make-up does not stay on the skin.

Sleep! Really important? Will share more information till I gather more!!

How Can We Eat Right And Healthier Besides Eating Proper Balanced-Meal Diet?

Filed Under (, Beauty, Beauty Consultant, Beauty Therapist, Esthetique, News, Wellness) by User ImageSerine on 14-10-2007

Most times, we are advised to have proper diets, balanced-meal diet and cautions on having nutritional food in order to have a Healthy Body

It is so important that we must have all 5 types of nutrients these are:

Proteins
Vitamins
Carbohydrates
Fats
Mineral Elements (calcium,sodium,iron,iodine,phosphorus, magnesium, zinc,cobalt and copper,potassium).

To have a proper diets is always difficult, when in school or at work most meals are settle out and to have home cooked food is really not easy or enough time to prepare. Due to that, whenever someone or somewhere or reports mention that certain food, fruits or vegetables and any kind that will benefits and boost the body health, most of us will very willing to try but not everyone benefits or result the same.

I realized that when a group of people eat together, not everyone shares the same interest or like the dish, even some may not able to eat the dishes because its causes allergy.

Since Nutrients is so important to our body and to have proper balanced-meal diets is a must in order to prevent the being “sick” but there are people has sensitive to Food or certain food caused allergy. Also Nutritionist has always stress the importance having a healthy body require to understand the eating habit and the prevention measure better than cure but again I am curious why there are people do have sensitivities or allergies and not only that there are people unable to benefits same result like others did.

Then I came across this Book:

Eat Right 4 Your Type

By Peter D’Adamo, Catherine Whitney

I was amazed!! This Book answered my curiosity. Eat Right 4 Your Type is about The Blood Type. It answered all my curiosity, confusion and all this while I have been questioning I can find most of my answered in this book.

We should eat according to our blood groups type as certain food we eat may caused too acidity or alkaline to our stomach.

In this book also helps us to understand how to select food that benefit most to our blood groups type and taking the wrong diet will cause toxics or make our body sick. I would like you to read this book: Eat Right 4 Your Type, and I am sure you will share the same view as I did after you read it.

There are other books of the same kind about blood groups type and if you only interested in your own blood group type and there is ClickHere

Esthetique|Beauty Consultant – Understanding Of Your Skin | The Hair Follicle

Filed Under (About InsBeaute, Beauty, Beauty Consultant, Beauty Therapist, Esthetique, Health Awareness, News, Wellness) by User ImageSerine on 15-09-2007

Key important once must make understand and gain knowledge and have the awareness before you start anything. Its Begins

The Skin is a largest organ of the body and perform many vital functions. The skin is elastic, resistant and under normal conditions renews itself. Its functions as a protective covering for the body, preventing other harmful substances. Sensory nerve fibers in the skins is a specialized skin receptors react to 4 basic sensations that is : pressure, touch, pain and temperature (heat and cold). The skin contains pores that are openings in pairs for sweat glands, hair follicle and sebaceous glands. Sweat glands to regulate the skin temperatures, when the environment is hot, sweat glands releases sweat to reduces the heat in the skin. Sebaceous glands produces the sebum (oil) that lubricated the skin. The sweat and the sebum meets on the surface of the skin provides “acid mantle” that is the skin natural moisturizer that keeps the skin a slightly moist, soft, strong, flexible and it is acidic.

Sebaceous Glands and Hair Follicles

Healthy Follicle
stage-healthy-follicle.jpgIt starts in sebaceous hair follicles — the tiny holes commonly called pores. Deep within each follicle, your sebaceous glands are working to produce “sebum” (the oil that keeps your skin moist and pliable). As your skin renews itself, the old cells die, mix with your skin’s natural oils, and are sloughed off. Under normal circumstances, these cells are shed gradually, making room for fresh new skin. But sloughing is different for everyone. Some people shed cells evenly; some don’t. Uneven shedding causes dead cells to become sticky, clumping together to form a plug — much like a cork in a bottle. This plug, or “comedones”, traps oil and bacteria inside the follicle. A blemish begins approximately 2–3 weeks before it appears on your skin’s surface.

Plug Follicle
stage2-plugged-follicle.jpgThe plug or “comedones” traps oil and bacteria within the follicle, which begins to swell as your skin continues its normal oil production. Your body then attacks the bacteria with a busy swarm of white blood cells. The whole process takes 2–3 weeks, culminating into a pimple or worsen acne developed.

Inflamed Acne Lesion
stage3-inflamed-acne-lesion.jpgThere is no one simple “cause” of acne — the condition is influenced by many factors, many which are out of control. The regularity with which the shed skin cells can change throughout the life. The rate at which production of sebum is affected by hormone balance, which is often in flux — especially for women. Normally when puberty where the hormone androgen start its increasing production, stimulate sebaceous glands causing over production of sebum, without proper healthy handling and cares usually worsen the conditions that makes the acne slow and difficult to treat.

One of the best weapons in the fight against, Acne however, is knowledge; if you know what causes acne, it’s easier to formulate a good plan of treatments or attack the cause of acne. There are five primary culprits contributing to this process. Each of these factors may vary dramatically between individuals. While some don’t have control over these factors, understanding them can help in searching for the proper Acne Treatments.

The coming up post will be on Beauty Consultant – Topic On Acne Part 2
