In our human body : Breathe, eat and Sleep so important and A Must..
We need Air in order to breathe well and help the lung to have oxygen carrying nutrient to the body. Fluid and Food are nutrient for our body. We will get thirsty and dehydrated when we do not drink enough fluid, in most time we will say MUST DRINK WATER! No Food we will be hungry and no energy and feel weak. No Sleep what will happen?
Sleep ranks the top of the list of human necessities — right along with air next will be water and food.
A good sleep leaves you feeling refreshed, alert and ready to tackle the day’s tasks.
When happen if you don’t get enough sleep? You may feel less alert and less vigorous and probably more confused, irritable and fatigued. Lacking of sleep affects not only the energy level and also the mental and social functioning. In most cast, difficulty to concentrate. You may find that you lose patience quickly. Easily short tempered or has no patience in listening that becoming less interactive in your relationships with communication and that becoming less productivity.
Sleep.. means that the body is rejuvenating and repairing. While we are sleeping, the body in generally are not doing anything especially exerting energy and physical movement then the brain and the other automatic functioning that the internal organs like liver, kidney, intestines, stomach and lungs and our face senses organ like the eyes reduces the puffy or dark circle. The skin tone and texture to rejuvenate after a sleep or quality sleep otherwise skin looks dull and flaky skin or as if look pale or sick and sulken look, maybe worse the make-up does not stay on the skin.
